By carefully balancing the needs of creditors and debtors, we're able to collect larger amounts and do so faster than traditional debt collectors.We do this by focusing on an automatically tailored repayment experience and carefully balancing the needs of creditors and debtors.Your Role:TrueAccord is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Data team.You will join a multi-functional team of Data Engineers and Python Engineers dedicated to creating a data driven culture, improving the efficiency and dependability of the way we make decisions, and developing our automated debt collection strategy.
In this role, you will work closely with Data Science to develop HeartBeat, our central decisioning platform, as we enter a hyper growth phase.We re looking for strong computer science fundamentals and an enthusiasm for system architecture.
You should be passionate about leading conversations on system architecture and implementing clean code.
